The OKR-BOK™ Certified Coach program is a comprehensive accreditation designed for professionals seeking mastery in the application and implementation of the OKR Framework based on the OKR Body of Knowledge (OKR-BOK™).
Day 1: Foundations of OKRs – Building the Framework
On Day 1, participants gain in-depth knowledge of the OKR Framework, Principles, and Processes that form the foundation of effective strategy execution. Learners demonstrate a clear understanding of how to plan and implement OKRs, aligned to the OKR-BOK™. This part of the certification verifies the participant’s competence through structured assessments and practical tools for OKR deployment across teams and organizations.
Day 2: Advanced OKR Application – Becoming an OKR Coach
Day 2 builds on foundational concepts by developing practical OKR skills and implementation capabilities. Participants learn to coach teams, facilitate alignment conversations, and drive adoption using best practices from the OKR-BOK™. Certified Coaches emerge with demonstrated capability to serve as OKR Coaches or Champions, enabling scalable and sustainable OKR practices in their organizations.

The e-Learning Course of offered as a pre-cursor to the workshop, once you enroll.
