Four OKR-BOK™ Certified Coach cohorts remain in 2026. The next runs 24–25 September, live online, 08:00–16:00 CET, for $1,999. Registrations are open now — the following three cohorts run in October, November and December.
This page lists every remaining 2026 date for the OKR-BOK™ Certified Coach programme, what each cohort includes, and how to choose between them based on your own planning calendar — not just availability. It is updated as each cohort opens and closes.

Every remaining OKR certification date in 2026
- 24–25 September 2026 — Open. Registrations open now.
- 15–16 October 2026 — Scheduled. Registrations open 26 September 2026.
- 27–28 November 2026 — Scheduled. Registrations open 17 October 2026.
- 17–18 December 2026 — Scheduled. Registrations open 29 November 2026.
Every cohort runs the same format: two consecutive days, 08:00–16:00 CET, delivered live online by an instructor. Sixteen hours of facilitation, case work and real-play coaching practice — not pre-recorded video. The fee is $1,999 for all four.
Three 2026 cohorts have already closed: 20–21 February, 16–17 April and 9–10 July.
Which cohort should you take?
The content is identical across all four dates, so the real question is timing against your own planning calendar. That matters more than it looks — most organisations across EMEA and India build their 2027 plan through October and November, and only one cohort lands before that window opens.
24–25 September — shape the plan
Certify before your 2027 planning cycle starts and you are in the room while the objectives are being written — shaping what goes on the list, not coaching someone through a list that was handed to them. If you intend to influence how your organisation sets goals for next year rather than how it tracks them, this is the only cohort that gets you there in time.
15–16 October — mid-cycle
Workable if your planning calendar runs later than most, or if your remit is team-level rather than enterprise-wide.
November and December — coach the plan
The 27–28 November and 17–18 December cohorts suit people whose target is Q1 execution rather than the planning cycle itself — you arrive after the plan is set, ready to coach delivery against it. They are also the right choice if you need your ICF or HRCI hours to land inside this calendar year for a recertification deadline.
One practical note: the five free Practitioner licences included with your enrolment go furthest when your team can work through them alongside your own live days. If you plan to certify colleagues too, earlier in the calendar gives them more runway before year-end.
What $1,999 covers
- 16 hours of live, instructor-led learning — core programme
- Case studies and real-play practice — included
- 12 months of e-learning access, 24 modules and 25+ resources — included
- 5 free OKR-BOK™ Certified Practitioner licences — worth $2,500
- 5 free AI+ Foundation™ licences — worth $250
- Lifetime digital badge and certificate — lifetime
- Global OKR Forum access — ongoing
- Franchise-partner eligibility — opportunity
- Total combined value: over $4,700
The five free Practitioner licences are worth reading twice. One enrolment certifies you at Coach level and puts five colleagues through the Practitioner programme at no extra cost — six credentialled people from a single $1,999 decision. For anyone building an internal OKR centre of excellence, or a consultant standing up an OKR service line, that is the part of the package that changes the maths.
Who these cohorts are for
The Certified Coach level assumes you are ready to lead an OKR programme rather than participate in one. It suits:
- CEOs and CXOs embedding OKRs as an enterprise operating rhythm
- HR and OD professionals leading performance transformation
- Change leaders and project managers running cross-functional initiatives
- Technology and startup professionals scaling operations rapidly
- Chiefs of staff translating strategy into measurable execution
No formal prerequisite applies. If OKRs are new to you, the OKR Foundation Course or the OKR-BOK™ Certified Practitioner are natural earlier steps — and a Practitioner licence is already included with Coach enrolment. Full curriculum, endorsement detail and testimonials are on the OKR-BOK™ Certified Coach page.
