The Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP™) accreditation is a distinguished 16-hour program divided over two days, endorsed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) for continuing education units. This pioneering program is meticulously founded on the highly-researched OKR Body of Knowledge (OKR-BOK™), encompassing OKR Framework, Principles, Processes, and Skills.
Day 1 of the program targets the Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP)™ Level 1 Accreditation. Professionals achieving this level demonstrate a thorough understanding and application of the OKR Framework, Principles, and Processes essential for OKR Planning and Implementation, as outlined in the OKR-BOK™. These accredited individuals showcase a commitment to high standards, verified through a rigorous assessment, and possess proven competence in employing various tools and techniques relevant to the OKR-BOK™. The C-OKRP™ Level 1 is a lifetime accreditation.
Day 2 progresses to the Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP)™ Level 2 Accreditation, focusing on the skills necessary to actively implement the OKR Framework, Principles, and Processes using the OKR-BOK™. Earners of this accreditation demonstrate a commitment to high standards through continuous practice and rigorous assessment. They have shown adeptness in applying diverse skills and techniques within the framework of the OKR-BOK™. The C-OKRP™ Level 2 also stands as a lifetime accreditation, marking the earners as capable OKR Coaches or Champions.

What if I pay and I am unable to attend?
If you pay up and are unable to attend on the scheduled dates, you are always welcome to join our next batch.
What if I pay and I want to cancel?
- Any withdrawals post-payment, the attendance fee will be refunded, less $75 retained for administrative expenditure.
- If you find yourself in the impossibility to attend the course after the registration process is already completed, you may delegate another person to attend the course in your place or choose another date from the list of scheduled dates available without any further fees charged.
- If you have confirmed and made the attendance fee payment but you didn’t attend the course, the course attendance fee will not be refunded.
- If you attend the course only partially, you will not benefit from any attendance fee reduction or refund.
