No prior OKR coaching experience is required. While familiarity with OKRs, Agile frameworks, or leadership facilitation is helpful, the program is designed to equip both newcomers and experienced professionals with comprehensive skills to coach and embed OKRs effectively.
Unlike most generic OKR courses, the OKR-BOK™ Certified Coach Accreditation is grounded in the OKR Body of Knowledge™, endorsed by ICF and HRCI for 16 CEUs, and includes coaching methodologies, tools, and real-world application. It’s also the only certification offering access to the Global OKR Forum and an optional Franchise Partnership opportunity.
Yes. Upon successful completion of the 2-day program, you will receive a digital certificate and badge as an OKR-BOK™ Certified Coach. The certification comes with lifetime validity, and no renewal is required.
Once registered, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your login credentials for the OKR-BOK™ e-learning platform. You’ll have access to 24 self-paced modules for one year, along with tools, templates, and additional resources to support your learning and coaching practice.
Graduates of the OKR-BOK™ Coach Accreditation can apply to become authorized facilitators or franchise partners with OKR International, enabling them to offer official OKR-BOK™ programs within their organization or consulting practice.
